Flou Method: A Sneak Peek at the Future of Fitness at Pachamaya

We're excited to announce that soon you'll be able to experience the exhilarating workout sensation of Flou right here at our sanctuary of holistic well-being.


Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting a trial Flou session at our hotel, where twenty women gathered to experience this dynamic fitness fusion firsthand. Set against the backdrop of our serene surroundings, participants were immersed in a fifty-minute workout that targeted various muscle groups, while simultaneously toning, strengthening, and elevating their heart rates.


Flou is not your average workout. It's a unique blend of resistance and high-intensity exercises designed to activate slow-twitch muscle fibers, defining and toning muscles while keeping your heart pumping. The session is divided into two blocks: activation, featuring intervals of strength and cardio, and Flou itself, a combination of resistance exercises on the mat.


More than just a physical workout, Flou is a journey of movement and music, aimed at connecting body and mind, boosting endurance, and pushing boundaries to release those feel-good endorphins. It's an inclusive space for all fitness levels, where every session is an opportunity for growth and improvement.
